Guest arrival
Make your way to Gunners Barracks, find your seat, and enjoy the harbour outlook. If you have not made your five wedding predictions yet, submit them before the ceremony begins. It is just for fun, with no money involved.
4:30 pm
Ceremony begins
Please take your seat and keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present.
4:35 pm
Processional & worship
Please stand for the processional and remain standing for worship if you are able.
5:15 pm
Bubble send-off
Celebrate the newlyweds with bubbles as they make their way back up the aisle.
5:20 pm
Cocktail hour & group photos
Listen for your photo group. Once your photo is taken, head toward the dining room for canapés and drinks.
Reception
6:00 pm
Move to the dining room
Take your seat as the reception begins.
6:15 pm
Wedding party entrance & dinner
Welcome the wedding party, then settle in for the first course.
7:05 pm
Main course
Dinner continues in the main dining room.

Cake cutting & dessert
Gather for the cake cutting before dessert is served.

Scavenger hunt
Join your colour group in the main dining room for the reception game.

Courtyard celebration
Join us for the bouquet toss, a group photo, special dances, and a few words of thanks.

Party
The dance floor opens. The patio will also be available whenever you would like some fresh air.

Last song
Join us on the dance floor for one final song together.
